Amazing! Olav took us round Samaipata, to Amboro (great trek, fantastic views, oldest to reach the top, windy lunch) to El Fuerte ( a must) then to Bella Vista - just fantastic - but hey not for the faint hearted and it is a serious climb up and down), Martin took us on a great Vulcanes trip (last of the ticks fell off at day 10!!! in Belize) and jumped on a lorry before we could give him a present! A great team - Frank also helped - we will certainly be back - STAY IN TOUCH - Vicky

Everybody who comes to Samaipata..., book youre trip here! We did two daytrips; The Fern Forest and Bella Vista. Bella Vista is really a nice trip. It is a little bit a challenge but everybody can do it and you see very beatifull surroundings and nature. Everything is good organised. Thanks for the two nice days!

We went on the Fern Forest tour this Saturday and we really enjoyed it. It was a very nice hike, in a beautiful scenery. Maarten was great and showed us many plants and bugs and told us a lot of stories :)

We came to Roadrunners via others that told us Roadrunners-tours are very enthusiastic. We definitely agree! Maarten enthusiastically told us interesting stories during the El Fuerte tour that we still remember.

What's also nice is that all the guys of Roadrunners are living in Bolivia for quite some time and can therefore shed an interesting perspective on Bolivian society.

Die Beratung ist sehr gut und im Buero herrscht eine angenehme, sehr freundliche Atmosphaere. Man kann sich darauf verlassen, dass man das bekommt, was versprochen wird, was in Bolivien nicht unbedingt Standard ist.

We had a nice Canyon hike with Maarten in November 2009. The enviroment is great with all it´s flowers and valleys. Maarten was a helpful guide and took care of us the whole time. So if you are thinking of joining a tour with him - just do it. You´ll have fun.

Obwohl wir Euer Büro nicht wie angekündigt am Dienstag, sondern schon am Montag gestürmt haben (wir = Magne, Jack, Ryan und ich), konnten wir gleich für den nächsten Tag einen "Trip in die Baumfarne" buchen und obendrein hatte Maarten viele gute Tipps, wie wir den Montagnachmittag und den Mittwochvormittag sinnvoll gestalten konnten.
Der Trip in den Amboro Nationalpark war wunderschön und unser Guide und Berater Maarten sehr kompetent was Flora und Fauna anbelangt.

Hi Maarten, wir haben am 27. und 28. Dezember 2009 eine 2-tägige Tour im Amboro Nationalpark gemacht. Es war wirklich super und wir werden noch lange in schöner Erinnerung daran zurück denken. Wir danken dir für deine Spontanität, dass du es innerhalb eines Abends geschafft hast diese Tour mit Führer in den Weihnachtstagen zu organisieren war echt toll. Ihr seid echt spitze. We hebben een fantastische 4 daagse toer gehad met Maarten als onze chauffeur. Het was verrassend om een nederlandse gids/chauffeur te hebben. We hebben 4 dagen met een 4 WD door de bergen gereden. 3 dagen lang hebben we de Che Guevara trail gedaan. De laatste dag zijn we naar Tarabuco naar de markt geweest. Van hieruit zijn we naar Sucre gereden. Gedurende de tocht hebben we genoten van het fantastisch berg landschap. Heel leuk was ook de lunch op de hangbrug. Een echte aanrader

We did two really nice tours with road-runners. The first one was to the amboro park and the second one was the tour through the canyon. Maarten was our guide, it was really nice and we enyoid both trips.
The canyon tour was a lot of fun, espacially when he told us that there were no more swimming parts and after 5 m. there was a new swimming part, because the river had changed.
Their advice is really good, not just trying to sell you a trip, but really looking for the best solution for you.

I did a day trip with Maarten into Amboro Forest. He was an excellent guide and great company, and I really enjoyed hearing many of his travel stories in addition to all the detailed information about the park and the life within. He has a wonderful sense of humor so the day was really great fun. I highly recommend him for any tour. Thanks Maarten!

Did the 2 day "Che-tour" with the Roadrunners and Maarten in May 2009, and it was a great and very interesting excursion!
Food, accomodation, transport and guiding was excellent. Maarten was very nice, and I got the feeling like we were friends going on a trip togehter.
They were also very helpful and friendly at the agency.
I highly recommend this agency!!

hi Maarten, thx for the bikes back in June when we biked down the beautiful road to the waterfalls and 2 hours back up again in 1st gear! Was really nice and we hope to return one day.

We went to the Amboro park with Martin and had a really nice and relaxing day. Good tourguide, we enjoyed the walking, swimming and beatiful nature!
